23OZBOUNCE

Exclusive offer: Get 20% off one hour sessions at BOUNCE Inc venues in Australia.

The discount applies to all one hour sessions and does not apply to socks. Our booking system only allows for one discount code to be applied at a time, so multiple tickets would need to be purchased as separate bookings.

Offer valid until October 31st.

Seems to be not working, only offering 5% off 1 hour passes.

Hi Jessie, the code works for 20% off one hour sessions. The discount does not include socks if you're looking at the total value of the cart however socks can be removed if you already have some. Could you please let me know which venue and ticket type it's not working for you on and I can check it?

1 hour off peak - child, it takes 5% off not 20%.

        4 tickets = $62.00
        Discount is showing at $3.10
        Discount is 5%

Hi Jessie, sorry, the issue is that our booking system can only apply one discount code at a time. So in this case, the 20% is only being applied to one ticket. Multiple tickets need to be purchased in different transactions. I will update the description now.

  • Price in title please.

I have tried several combinations of venues and one hour sessions with the promo code, and I can't obtain the 20% discount.

    • Can you please share which venue and session you're not seeing the discount on? Prices vary by ticket type so unfortunately it's not possible to put that in the title.

Is this spam as this was posted before and the code didn't even work then!

This time the code only gives me 10% discount pre GST amount.

    • There was an error with the code before, I shared some direct messages with people who tried to use it sorry, it was human error from the team in the code set up.
The code now offers 20% off one hour ticket types, the discount applies to the ticket and does not apply to socks.

      • It seems you can only buy 1 ticket at a time to get the discount. If it is 2 or more tickets, then the discount drops back to 10% for some reason.

        • Ah I understand, sorry about this. Our booking system only allows for one discount code to be applied at a time, so multiple tickets would need to be purchased as seperate bookings. In this case, it's only applying the discount code to one of the tickets in the cart.

My son broke his leg at bounce. Accident. It happens. But the young kids need to be trained in first aid. Was lacking to say the least…

Hi, could you please send me a message with your contact details so our team can check out incident reports and ensure that this has been addressed with you and your family? Safety is our number one priority so we want to ensure that this has been followed up.

  • What's your policy regarding injuries - for example, if a child lands badly and injures themselves at a staff supervised children's party?

    • +1

Hi, you can read more about our safety guidelines and rules on our website - https://www.bounceinc.com.au/rules-and-guidelines
Or if you have a specific question, please contact our team - https://www.bounceinc.com.au/contact-us

      • Thanks for the link - but to clarify, my enquiry was about how do you respond to children's injuries.

For example, a staff led children's party where the parents hand over the care of their children to a staff member who takes a group of children trampolining (without the parents).

The day we were there, there were a number of injuries - we were quite surprised at how these incidents were handled.

        • Hi Joda, I think that this is definitely a query to contact our team about so that they can discuss this with you. Please follow the contact details on the link.

Can you please advise if you allow patrons to wear socks from Latitude, given they are owned by Bounce now anyway and the socks have the same grippy stuff on the soles?

According to a staff member at Bounce in Cannington WA, our son wasn't allowed to. He ended up putting the bounce socks he had and which he had out grown over the top of the Latitude socks he had.

If you don't allow Bounce patrons to wear Latitude socks you really should change this rule.

Hi, you're right, all former Latitude venues have joined the BOUNCE Tribe! We do allow Latitude socks, that were purchased before the transition in June 2022 to be worn at venues that were previously Latitude if they haven't worn out yet. Generally, this doesn't apply to BOUNCE venues Australia wide, where BOUNCE grip socks do need to be worn. There is an FAQ page with some more details available here - https://www.bounceinc.com.au/bounce-latitude

    OP is on fire!

  • Do any bounce locations have boards (or allow boards) you can strap on to emulate spinning while snowboarding / skateboarding?

  • Hi Everyone, if you have any customer service based questions, please contact our team - https://www.bounceinc.com.au/contact-us

  • OP reached out to me and righted the wrong from the last deal. Very happy with how it was handled. This is a decent deal if you use it the right way.
