5 Transactions for HISA while overseas

Currently overseas, anyone have good ways to do 5 transactions for HISA while overseas?

Prefer to not use HISAs overseas, using Wise/Revolut currently for conv rates. Also don't have anyone back home to do them for me.

If this is for ING, I just pay my bills using the card number or make a purchase an online gift card etc.

I'll send you my utility BPAY details if you want to pay 5c off my power in 5x 1c transactions. That's what I do for BOQ anywho.
