I’m looking for a decent ceiling fan that includes installation. There is a light where I want the fan now. I don’t know anything about fans or where to start. Help is appreciated.

Look online or visit lighting stores and find a ceiling fan with a light that you like. Then find and contact an electrician and tell them what you want. They may purchase it themselves so they get tradie prices. Since you're wanting to replace a existing light it should be a simpler installation.
Just… get the contractor to supply and install? You’re going to need an electrical contractor to install it either way…
Decent fan is too broad a term. A bog standard entry level vent air one does the job for a small room and can have a fan light kit added on.
