Ok, so I emailed them complaining about their shite site. This is the response I received.

No problem, thought I should to let people know they were working on the issue and had extended the sale but also that their customer service was very prompt and no nonsense.
I managed to place an order so was more than happy to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I like Inglewood beans. I've found their customer service to be friendly, reasonable, and easy, the few times I've reached out to them. But man, I wonder if they're really underestimating Ozbargainer's value of potential loyal or at least repeat customers! Their presence feels sorely lacking here.
Inglewood recently posted a poorly worded 60% off sale!! here (Oops you forgot to say *Up to, guys!) And then they abruptly left! No hanging about for questions and comments, rapport building, or other such time wasters!
Compare to LimeBlue! Tom's efforts and time here must pay off, right?

FWIW, my notification came from EIZ. I'm in Melbourne. Not that the coffee is here yet. Australia Post is ensuring that my package gets very, very well handled. Apparently by pretty much every mail centre within 50km!…

…of course, Aus Post couldn't deliver it properly - but I found it after checking 3-4 other likely (but unhelpfully-wrong) places.
