      It'll be rare to find one. Namecheap is prob the cheapest/best registrar you can find. Got 50+ domains there.. Godaddy survivor here.

      Depends on the registrar you are transferring out from, they have to release it by 5 days but some release it earlier.

      If you have good enough internet/computer you can host yourself however it should be easier just to buy hosting.
      Its a ongoing cost but there are plenty out there for less than $5/month.
      read a few reviews and choose for yourself. I personally got a year for $1 from here http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/70709
