Best Safe Free App for iPad to Covert Photos to Pdf for Emailing

Hi OZBs ~ I’m not sure whether newer iPads have the facility to easily convert photos to PDF to attach to emails, but it’s a complex process on Apple’s older models! Can you please recommend the best free app available that’s safe & simple to use? TIA

    What's so secretive about the images you have?

    Also, why PDF? You can email jpg's etc.

    You can just use the Apple Notes app that comes installed. Press the camera button inside the app and choose "Scan". It saves it as a pdf that can then be emailed.

    On iOS 16 you can do this… at least on iPhones…
    Open the photo -> Share -> Print (print options will appear) -> Share icon -> email

    Will attach it as a pdf

    I don't know about you guys but I find opening just picture files on PDF really…… weird….

    Sorry, Maybe I’m not being very clear; I often need to send emails with about 25+ photos attached (from my photo library), I only have an iPad, not a laptop or PC. I don’t need to scan anything, so I’m not understanding the references to scanning Apps. (Obviously I’m a bit of a Luddite :( but I just thought there may be a well-known app that doesn’t retain my data, etc?) Thank you

      Can you not upload the photos to an album in a cloud service and share the link?

    Are you trying to send individual pdfs of each image or all images in a single pdf?

      Well, that makes things easier:

      1. Open the Shortcuts app
      2. Navigate to "Gallery"
      3. Search for "PDF"
      4. Tap the "Make PDF" shortcut followed by "Add shortcut"
      5. Now, open the photos app and select your photos
      6. In the share sheet, look for "Make PDF"
      7. Tap it and it'll generate a PDF for you
      8. Tap share and attach it to your email
