Family really loves this. Seems to be ok as no sugar, just water and natural flavours. It's actually really good but I still don't quite trust it because it's owned by a large corporation Asahi…

Even cheaper $6.75 if you S&S, other flavours are $16

Great price. I enjoy the lime flavoured one (which isn't on sale) but at this price, I'll give this one a go.

I actually bought this brand and flavour recently when I saw it for 1/2 price at Coles and thought… this tastes disgusting! No wonder it's on sale. Maybe there is something wrong with me then. -_-"

        Are you obese?
Do you consume lots of sugar?

        • I don't drink soft drink or alcohol, just water and coffee. This was the closest thing and I bought it on a whim because my Sodastream refill had run out and it was on sale with bright packaging.

      • Fair enough. It's definitely not for everyone. For me it tastes like a lighter version of Sprite!

      • I got one for free as a reward on 711 ap.

        I got blackberry flavour.

It is a pretty weak flavor and you can definately tell its sugar free. It needs sugar.

    Bublé

  • Good pick up. These were $9 at Wooly’s two weeks ago, then they put on a “sale” two for $24 so I held off. Glad I did, kind of addicted to this stuff. I couldn’t find the raspberry flavour though at Amazon, blackberry is a favourite as well though.

    You don’t trust it?
Asashi make some of the best beers

        You Amazon corporate shill!
I only buy my sparkling water off Etsy from a bespoke local carbonated water harvester!

    • +2

What if these are brewed in Australia tho?

      • There's Big Banana, Big Pineapple, Big Prawn… now Big Corporate… no problem mate…

        • 🤪 that was a play on ozb’s favourite beer no longer being brewed in Japan.

I still don't quite trust it because it's owned by a large corporation Asahi…

    Made from high quality ingredients…

    … and radioactive, mind-reading, psychosis-inducing, WiFi-enabled microbeads.

    • you are too negative about a sugar free soft drink. do you wear uniqlo undies? its comfy!

        do you wear uniqlo undies?

Only if they don't clash with my tin-foil hat.

        • Oh… you're the Batman… LOL

i also distrust big corporations like asahi whilst purchasing items from big corporations like amazon

Silly description but thanks OP good price

  • Fair to assume this is better than the Mount Franklin sparkling water cans but below the Dash Water sparkling water?

    • These drinks have a very weak flavour/taste. Not bad, but Mount Franklin is much stronger.

      • I couldn’t disagree with you more. Mount franklin has no flavour imo. Bubly raspberry is elite

        • Actually, I got my drinks mixed up. Bubly are weak as p***, flavour-wise; Mount Franklin are on the same level. Schweppes Infused are the best for flavour strength.

    • +1

Mount Franklin is better than Bubly but Bubly is better than Schweppes

    • I have had Mount Franklin and they taste better ( but pretty sure they have much more sugar too ).

    • StrangeLove sparkling water is still the best imo

  • Let me tell you how all this works: you see, Team America is funded by the corporations, so they fight for the corporations… while they sit in their corporation buildings… and they're all corporation-y… and they make lots of money!

Definitely not a fan, had one few nights ago, the local place was selling one of these for $6.99 each so a bargain.

    • Lol, whatever your local place is, it is shafting you.
These are $3.75 each at 7-eleven, or currently free as the 7th visit reward.

      • Yeah, got one for my last reward. Not bad for free. Probably wouldn't pay more that $1 each for it…

  • Have recently become addicted to these. The purple is my least favourite flavour, but still good deal.

    Taste like soda water

  • Not long moved to Canada and they’re everywhere here love these ($4.50 for a 12 pack too)! Pineapple is the best!

    • I was there on holiday recently and I reckon I drank about 20 of them in 2 weeks. Never heard of them before, glad to see it popping up in Australia

I'm hoping the sodastream bubly flavouring they have in the US comes here too.

Got some for free from 7 11.

Wife and I didn't like them.

Better not tell OP that Bubly is a PepsiCo global brand. Like other drinks in their staple, it's manufactured and distributed locally by Asahi (the bit that used to be Schweppes), PepsiCo handle marketing.

    • Plus there's no alcohol in it 😱

  • +1

sipping on my 7/11 free one right now and I can say I don't rate this highly. it's just plain soda water with a hint of passionfruit aroma

    • +1

Gave me bad memories of a function where I picked up a glass with bubbles expecting it to be Sprite, but then it was just sparkling water. Just terrible taste of sparkling water with a tiny hit of flavour.

  • Don't trust what? They can't LIE on the ingredients list that's a federal offence, you think that they would destroy their entire public reputation to hide some sugar in soda water?? If you've tasted it you should already know it's not sweet. I don't even understand what else you could "not trust"

  • They got Michael Buble to market it

  • How does it compare to mount franklin ?

  • Already delivered. Impressive.

  • Lime is on special now (50% off, $7.43 with S&S). Blackberry is back in stock as well.
