StartHere - website issue

Statrthere website isn't working that great since they implemented new look, and website sound complicated too.

I have two areas of concern, any help here is appreciated

  1. I can't lodge a missing transaction at the moment, as soon as i fill all the detail and click submit, it displays a blank page.

  2. Late May I bought a phone of Vodafone and lodged a cashback. I was asked to supply a proof of purchase. However, since then this is the third phone that i have got of them as those phone were faulty. I have requested a proof of purchase, but haven't got one yet. So is it too late for me to still provide those information?

    • I have tried that on Both Chrome and Firefox - No Luck

      Also, with regards to providing the info about the proof of purchase, last email requesting this was in late July. Is there anything that I can do.

          The reason why am asking for Vodafone Cash back is:
          1. It's $100 cashback to be with Vodafone
          2. It's Vodafone network, any Cashback is a Deal

        you could try the office of fair trading though I would not hold my breath in case moneybackco refuses to tango.
