My pro max was showing today last night then pushed out to next Monday this morning which I doubt it will be there…

Picked mine up from Apple Store today, long queues and walk-in stock sold out within first hour they said. Some people slept out the store overnight. Current Pro Max orders are pushing out to November.

I believe those people immediately courier them abroad and make bank selling them on. Similar to shoes and luxury handbags etc.
That's probably even worse to be honest, it's a phone.

I have a confirmed preorder with officeworks. I went to store and the stuff seems suggest there was no iPhone 15 being given out from the store today, which shocked me. Ye I went to Apple Store as well to check on the real phone, super long queues for order pick up.
Probably oversold their allocations. Nothing wrong with that afaik. You could still cancel and rebuy elsewhere
I preordered the 14 pro max with OfficeWorks last year and they did the same thing, just keep changing the dates and finally received three weeks after launch.
I iphone 16 got mine last year, but I dumbed it for a pixel 6 though

I haven’t received mine and am really disappointed with the lack of communication.
I called them up.
The said they were supposed to receive stock last Thursday but it is delayed, didn't give the reason.
Was told it should be coming in any day now, and that if you have a pre order your phone will be shipped directly from the warehouse not from a store.
Also said that I should receive comms via email or text by Monday or Wednesday, and if I don't to then call them back again.
Highly disappointing experience, I get they had a stock issue but at the least they could've sent an email out to all pre-orders stating there's been a delay.
On the same boat, called them up basically being told they have no stock and the stock will be available whenever they turn up, no date.
And the pickup date just got pushed out everyday. Last time that I’ll preorder with Officeworks.
Pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro from Officeworks online on 17th Sep for delivery on release day 22nd Sep from 1-5pm. Officeworks charged my CC at this point for the full price.
Release day comes and goes with no delivery or communication.
So I call them up and they say that it will actually be delivered on Monday 25th Sep unless "the delivery driver gets sick". Monday comes and goes with no delivery or communication.
Call again on Tuesday 26th Sep and they now say they have no stock, stock should arrive Thursday and it should be delivered by the following Wed 4th October.
This is an absolute scam — they took pre-orders and money for products they didn't have guaranteed stock for, quoted a delivery date they couldn't meet, keep lying about when it will be delivered when questioned and never communicate about status or updates. Their order tracker online just simply lies and estimates tomorrow as be the delivery date.
Best case scenario at this point is that it will be delivered 12 days late. Though I doubt that will even happen.
They should be fined by the ACCC for taking money and selling products they don't have.
Exactly same experience here but for click and collect. No communication at all, just keeps pushing out the delivery date.
Followed up with Officeworks today.
They said stock has arrived at the warehouse and will be allocated for shipping today, expected to leave the warehouse in a couple days.
had the same answer when called yesterday as well, though my now-4th-Oct expecting order is still not showing any progress apart from confirm yet…
Mine updated to preparing a few hours ago.
The website has also updated and you can pre order the Pro's again with pickup for tomorrow.
Hoping that they actually do ship them tomorrow

Honestly don’t have the hope high. It’s like the 5th or 6th push already, without any communication at all.
Same here. Pre-order from 17th Sep, the last they said was that it would be delivered on Wed 4th Oct when the stock came in (after many changes with no pro-active communication), now the tracker status has been pushed back again till tomorrow. Unlikely it will be delivered then as the status simply auto-changes to 'tomorrow' every day.
@ozfinadneer was your order for 128GB natural titanium? Online it looks like they have less stock of those so perhaps they have been able to deliver some orders on the 4th just not for that model.

Yeah looks like that could be the case, I have found the Officeworks twitter account to be more helpful then the phone line if you DM them
@ozfinadneer: Just called and had my order cancelled, The trade-in was also cancelled. was told there's no more stock and the next arrival could be another 2 weeks. Yikes.
I have contacted Officeworks a few times to get updates on my preorder. They refunded me today because it was reported as 'missing'. Does anyone have a similar excuse?
