Box.com now rolling out desktop sync in waves

Just got an email today, box.com sync is now available for users. Its being rolled out in waves.

So if you got the 50GB free deal a while ago now you can sync it from your PC/Mac like drop box.

Worked fine for me.

I got it and installed
50Gb with a 100mb file size is good

Do you know if files are coped to your 'My Box Files' folder or just linked?

  Turns out files are copied - meaning unless you store them in that location you end up with 2 copies

    Are you trying to get it sync files not in ur box folder? Don't think you can do that.. no.
    
    You can always change what folder does sync though.

  As with dropbox there's ways to create a link. On a mac it's called a symbolic link I believe.
