Hi,
Does anyone have the Fitness Passport and what are the costs involved? Did you find it good value for money?
It's hard to get up to date info on this online.
Thankyou! :)

Thanks Hybroid. Is that for a single membership? I assume a family would be more expensive. I work for a very large NSW Govt org.
Yes that's single. Check via your company's provider what options are available to you. Maybe govt get reduced rates!
Yeah I have it. I have a family membership but it actually comes off my husbands salary so not sure of exact cost. Like most gym memberships it’s good value if you use it. Ours includes our local swim centre so we can go with our kid. The gyms included are lower quality that what I would choose if buying an individual membership.
Seems quite reasonable at that rate anyway. Their website doesnt even disclose a partner list of gyms and pools anymore.
Ours has a local list of gyms for our employers which from memory is only accessible on our workplace intranet - let me see if I can find a link, but I think it’s internal only.
Yeah it’s a login only situation https://portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/login what area do you live in?
Yes, I have one and use it regularly. There are lots of pools and gyms around Melbourne CBD.
Single Price
$15.50 / Week
Family Price
$25.95 / Week
Im a member in Sydney. $31.90 a fortnight. Its about a $1 cheaper if youre regional only member. They also just introduced other states you can upgrade to if youre on holidays, I think the min upgrade is for a 2wk period. Love the fact I can go to the local aquatic ctr or different gyms if im working at our different offices.
what gyms and pools does it give you access to in Sydney? Is it the main franchises (FF/virgin/plus fitness/anytime etc) or is it the indie ones?
main gyms im aware i my area are council owned, independents, plus fitness, snap. Anytime & Virgin are hit and miss
Why is yours so expensive, are you on the family plan?
See if there's anyone else in the office that's already a member and they can login and show you some of the member gyms.
I use Fitness Passport almost everyday, and sometimes go more than once a day.
I also use it to go swimming with the kids when they had swimming lessons at the local aquatic centre.
Be aware that some gyms may charge you for an access tag.
Sadly the UFC Gym I used to love going to closed down and relocated to Macarthur Square, so I've gone back to my local.
It's somewhere around $15-16/week from our corporate gateway. It may differ for different companies depending on size/packages etc hence you don't find consistent information online.
Whether it's value of money is subjective and depends on your location and use case scenarios. Only you can determine that.
