Do digital radio headphones with a pause function exist? (That is head phones with built in radio.) Rarely portable digital radios and stationary digital radios have it. I've never seen an analogue radio with it except a tape recorder.

That would be so much simpler in many ways, but i havent been able to convince the person this would be for to upgrade from a dumb phone. Ive tried so many times, they are happy with a flip phone.
Can you even pause live radio, digital or analogue? Would it have like a hard drive in it that records the live radio, like how TiVo would let you pause live TV?

Yeah they do. There are occasionally stationary or portable models. I can see a portable one available at the moment, its a bit pricey but it might do with a pair of regular headphones.
Im just having trouble finding a headphone one. Im worried headphone ones dont exist. That's what I think this person would prefer.
Yeah its like that. Its just a fancy digital version of a cassette tape recorder basically that does it automatically.
If the radio has bluetooth, try that.
