Dalrymple Pinot Noir is a blend of parcels from the estate's vineyards at Pipers River and Coal River Valley, and growers at Swansea and Ouse. Each of these sites is unique with distinctive individual terroirs, building complexity into the final wine blend.

Aromas of spiced rhubarb, sweet red cherries, Asian five spice and vanilla mingle with earthy notes and the distinct fruity spice notes of sassafras forest. The palate is seductive with fleshy red and black cherries. It develops with spices from the whole bunch inclusion and French oak barrels.

    I haven't tried the 2022 yet but the 2021 was a fantastic drop. $200 for a 6 pack sorts out a few Christmas gifts.

    For anyone in Melbourne near Park Hill Cellars it's $35 a bottle - https://parkhillcellars.com.au/product/dalrymple-pinot-noir/ (they do free delivery within 6km for orders over $50, so $210 delivered), although this place does free deliveries for $250 so just need to find another $51 to spend.
