Hi, just wondering if it's possible to buy a game from Australian PSN and use my active Turkish PSN subscription to play online. I can no longer buy games from my Turkish PSN online shop as none of my credit cards would work. 😔

Yes, you can do that. All installed games can be played from different accounts on the same playstation. I have done this before as well.
Does that include online multiplayer from the account without ps plus subscription?
No, Ps plus is tied to account. You can play the games but cannot access multiplayer sections of the same games.
I thought "Online multiplayer " can be shared on the same console as long as the primary account has ps plus subscription. At least that's what's been said on the PS official website. I haven't tested it though.
Maybe I could be wrong, I am not sure about it though. If you want to try, open a new account with 14 days trial ps plus and test it out.
Good news! It does work. As long as the primary account has Playstation Plus Subscription, all other profiles on the same console can play online.
