Special Super Shopper Gift Cards Odd Balances

I have several Special Super Shopper Gift Cards with small odd balances. I previously cleared them via partial payments at colesworths but these cards are no longer accepted at grocery stores. Appreciate any assistance from someone who has the same problem and how to use the balances.

          Amazon allows partial payment but only with one card and the balance from their GC

        Don't just added it, buy Amazon GC and add to balance.
