I've been using No Pong since early last year and it's been a game changer. I used to alternate between Rexona Spray and Nivea Roll-On. After a few weeks I'd still be sweating despite their use. I'd also get irritation. I tried No Pong (which is an deodorant, not an anti-perspirant) and things have improved significantly. I sweat less and barely smell. It won't stop me sweating whilst I exercise but who wants that anyway?
