Mate Mobile Plan Cost Increase Sept 2023

Hi all,

If you are a Mate customer you may have received an email recently regarding a price increase. In my instance the plan increase is from $40 to $55 per month.

I recall that when I signed up they had on their website a promise the pricing would never increase, price for life or words to that effect.

Does anyone else recall the same? Or even better, happen to have taken a screenshot?
