Chemist warehouse list them cheap but don't carry them for some reason. Locally to me anyway.

It's much better value to purchase one of the hospital-grade Spectra pumps (during one of their 20% off sales), use it for as long as you need, then sell it.
Hiring this would cost minimum of $120 (for only four weeks of use). Spectra S2 can be purchased for $239 when on sale, and you can easily re-sell it for at least $150.
