Wondering what the cheapest way of fixing a couple small chips on a dell xps 9310 is. It's more so noticeable on black screens.

I'm assuming a screen replacement is necessary. I've seen some linus videos where they buy a screen of aliexpress i'm assuming the panel quality isn't as good or bright?

Personally I wouldn't replace it until the screen is completely dead. Right now, it's just appears to be a cosmetic damage and doesn't affect the usability.
By replacing the screen, you also risk damaging/breaking other component which may result in the laptop becoming unusable.
