Hey guys,
Need some suggestions please for the best Roborock for pet hair and general cleaning. We have 2 corgis in the house that shed a lot of hair so I'd be keen to upgrade from my Viomi S9/Xiaomi Gen 1 to something much better that I can run on a daily basis
Floor space that will be covered is both high pile carpet and tiles

We have the S7+ with the bagless dock. Works well 60/40 carpet/tiles. Main brush is rubber and does not tangle.
I’ve got a dog and cat and the S5 does the job. Manually clean it once a week. Depends on your budget how much coin you want to drop.
Check out Vacuum wars channel on YouTube. He tests all the vacuums. He buys them out of his own money so it's non bias. I watched a heap of his videos before I bought the Roborock S7+.

I have a Samoyed and a cat, using the Roborock S7 + dock on carpet across ~3BR house.
I'd say it does about 90% of the work, still need to come in with a stick vaccuum once in awhile if i want it really clean.
The rubber roller head is good at avoiding tangles, however do need to manually remove the fur built up on the sides of the roller once in awhile - this is fairly standard for any roller. Mop function is great if you have a lot of hard floors
The S8 is the best (and newest).
