    You put there are no prerequisites, however clause 5.2 states you must make a booking during the promotion period.

    This clause doesn't state you must pay for said booking or complete the booking, it only states that a booking must be made. Clause 8 states entre invalid if booking cancelled prior to draw.

  Something doesn't look right with the T& C's, clause 6, 7 & 8 contradict each other. 6 & 8 state multiple entries allowed and 7 states one entry per person per email address.

  [6] Entrants may have multiple entries to the draw during the Promotional Period.

  [7] Only one entry per person will be permitted per email address registered during the Promotional Period. Entrants found to be entering multiple email addresses may have their entries invalidated.

  [8] Each booking made during the Promotional Period will qualify for five (5) entries to the Promotion. Should the booking be cancelled prior to the Prize Draw, these entries will be invalidated.
