Not neg worthy, but valued at $211 for bread + entree + main???? I could eat a lot of food for that! Guess that makes $79 a bargain.

  You overlooked the wine, that's at least a $50 touch in Waterfront.
  So say (5+15+40) x 2 + 50 = 170. You're right after all, perhaps they've chosen the worst case scanario with the most outlandishly expensive items on the menu. That will get you up to $211, no problem….at $79 it's a pretty good deal on the Waterfront's lofty stage….pity I live on the GC!!
