Can you guys recommend a good brand/model Tape Gun and Tape Rolls (Refills) for Packing boxes/postpaks etc.
Something that's good value, and good quality - but also easy to use.
I mean something that looks like this:
Any other advice regarding using using these things would be welcomed

Agree, I've used countless tape guns and there's no real difference between them other than the serrated teeth and you can't judge those by pictures.
As for tape, just google packaging suppliers local to you and see what prices they offer. You'll need to buy bulk of course.
Get the cheap units, once the teeth dulls I get a little file and sharpen it up.
Tape go to eBay and buy it in bulk, box of 72 units etc.
Knife and hands is all I ever use. And the knifevwas an upgrade from teeth.
I find alot of tape has really bad reviews, so Im worried about buying cheap tape and then it doesnt stick well?
Personally, I have 3 brands like the ones you linked and they all work the same way, I don't prefer 1 over the other. The only difference between my 3 brands is the handle and what is comfortable.

In regards to rolling out the tape, they all do the same thing. But keep in mind, the cheaper dispensers may have a dull blades/teeth to cut the tape, so it may be harder to cut with constant use and glue and tape will build up, you may need to constantly clean. But one with a sharper blade will minimise this issue significantly.
