I've seen a few posts where people have ordered through Techfast in the past successfully but not recently. I ordered a gaming rig from them that should have been built and sent to me about two weeks ago. They have no number to call and haven't responded to 3 enquiries I've sent on their contact form on website. Wondering if anyone has ordered from them in the last month and in the same boat? Worried they might be closing down but still taking money for computers that will never be received :(

I wouldn't worry too much yet, TechFast are known for being a little slow after getting a really popular deal and depending on the courier and where you are it might take a little longer to get to you.

If they had responded to any of my enquiries and at least mentioned there was a delay it would be fine but no response at all. Purchased on the 15th so 14 days actually since I ordered. If it took the 5 days max to build, it should have been sent 9 days ago. They stated postage details are emailed once its built (which I haven't been sent) so it hasn't been built after 14 days and maybe never will….Good lesson to only purchase with some form of buyer protection like paypal etc. Edit (do need to take into account working days but still not looking good considering this)

The lack of communication sucks, but it’s pretty extreme to jump to the conclusion they’ve gone bust or you’re not getting your computer because they’ve taken a few days. It’s a small business, people get sick, parts get delayed, shipping notifications can be second priority.
yeh you're right, might just be a crazy period for them. Fingers crossed it works out, I'll post back here when I find out. Don't want to discourage people if its just one delayed order as their pricing is very competitive
@AniQ can I ask how long it took for you to receive it after you placed order? I work in IT so if you tell me what isn't working I can try to help you if its not a hardware fault

I don't know why they're still so bad with the contact form. Luke on ozbargain or facebook messenger have always been the fastest for me. I miss the days where you could rock up at their HQ and pat their cat while they finish off your build in front of you.
Just to update on outcome for this one, I emailed [email protected] and got a response pretty quickly. The build had shipped and was waiting at post office for me. I didnt get emailed with the tracking info (wasnt in spam) so didn't know it was waiting for me. The price I got the system for was really good. I guess when pricing is this competitive it might come at the expense of other areas like communication which Im fine with. System was setup exactly as I requested and really happy with it. If you need to get in contact with them, use the email address I mentioned not the webform
Hey just got my order today via AusPost but missed the delivery by a hair so gonna collect in from the local Post later today. But it took mine order around 2 weeks to ship after making some changes to the configs. Caleb has been dealing with me quite promptly but understandably they might be short staffed so not too minding about that. Also I ordered back in Sept.
Will update everyone re how the PC fares in the next hour or so.

As much as I would have liked it sooner and assumed it would have been here sooner, I'd rather a business do the job properly and not rush it and take shortcuts or make mistakes while rushing.

I've emailed them a couple of times and they responded in a reasonable time. Faster than a lot of businesses I have dealt with.
