Even though it could run on Xbox one console but the developer notes that

"IMPORTANT REMARK: THIS GAME RUN ONLY WELL ON XBOX SERIES X/S !!!!
You can download the game on an old XBox One, but the game is NOT well playable on this old console! If you still install the game on the old Xbox One then the following maps only show a black screen: Palace, Pagoda, Pandora, Laketown and Psychatric Hospital. Furthermore, the frame rate on the old XBox One is low."

    Did they remove the Creators Corner tag from these pages? Can't find any record of this as an actual release and no chevos which usually means it's just a creators corner thing (thanks but i'll pass, even for free, dont want this sorta junk clogging up the hundreds of games in my games and apps tab).

      I too normally look for the achievements as a tell of if I should bother. Regretted not checking almost immediately. Only downside of getting Dev Mode recently is it unhides all the games in my download list that I've hidden when I swap back to Retail. Many a trial and UWP app are now shoving their ugly faces in my ugly face.
