  It's worth noting the orange colour is the 210-T Polyester fabric, whereas the more expensive colours are 20D nylon, which is lighter and more waterproof (but more fragile, if I'm not mistaken).

  Whilst good value, I wouldn't really call this tent Ultralight. I would call tents like Gossamer Gear The One that (~600grams), naturally at a high premium $$$. Good for those who are trying to have a low base weight for multiday thru hiking.

    1.8kg for a one-man tent is good, not great. My wife and I use a 3-man MSR Mutha Hubba. It’s 2.8kg, and we split the poles, pegs, fly, inner up.

    I’d be aiming for something under 1.5kg if planning to use solo on multi day hikes
