Hi,
Had an interesting experience last night with phoning zuji.com.au (1300 888 180) that might save you some $ or not.
I called them to confirm a small thing about a price I'd seen online of about $800 for 7 nights at a hotel in Anaheim California. Their price was already the cheapest online.
When I spoke to someone, he actually gave me a price of $650, stating they had a special right now. I asked why it wasn't online, he didn't really say - and for a while I was sure he must have put the wrong details in. However, I went ahead (after checking several times!) and it turns out their price was right - so $150 cheaper than anywhere else online.
Just thought I'd mention it, no idea why it was cheaper but if you're looking to save some $ on a hotel booking then it might be worth ringing them. Note their call centre is o/s and I've yet to have someone with great English, but if you can put up with that (and the masses of info they ask for - took me 45 minutes to book!) then it could be worth it - though this did include them confirming a few times that the details were right because I didn't believe them! Good customer service though, didn't mind checking things out.
Could u tell me which hotel?
