Saw this at Costco and thought I would give it a try. I’ve seen the price bouncing around but this is the cheapest I’ve seen it.

This dressing is very watery and tasteless.
This. Not good at all by Japanese cuisine standards, or any standard for that matter.
I just used it for a stir fry and I thought it was pretty reasonable. Then again I grew up WASP in the 60s.
Look in all fairness I probably spent too much time in Japan.
@philotex: I do bow to people’s superior knowledge. This is not going to replace going to a decent Japanese restaurant but it’s not bad for a ready made sauce. Certainly better than some stuff I’ve had from a Supermarket.
Try telling dinner guests the name of the salad dressing after half a dozen wines

It's one of the worst products I bought from Costco. Used a couple of times and threw the rest. Taste awful and package too big small family can't finish it before recommended fridge storage period
