I have six weeks of leave banked up and would like to take it in one go to spend a bit of time in one continent.
Should I use the 6 weeks in South America or Europe? Would love to hear from people who have been to both continents.

Avoid europe - high prices, ukraine conflict…
Also when do you plan to travel?
Go and live in Vietnam for 6 weeks.
Post a new thread when you get back with a comprehensive report on your experiences.
Useless post if we don't know your budget.
Unlimited money? Go spend 6 weeks living on Svalbard.
Only got 5k? Try Tasmania.
I reckon 42 days in Svalbard would be a long haul…
Budget plays a factor
Europe is (or can be) pricey when you’re there (esp. Western Europe)
South America is pricey to get to but easier to travel on the cheap
Being realistic, there's no wrong decision here. Flip a coin, let fate decide …
do u like mountain walks or cities
hotel or motels
expensive or budget
hot or cold
hard taco or soft
laces or tongue
jumpers or zip ups
A bit of a back story would help here massively.
What are you interested in? Have you been to either at all before? How much $ are you planning on spending? Looking for a cheap backpacking trip or going in style?
