Add to Tuya or Smart Life app rather than its own app.
Make sure when putting into pairing mode you don't power cycle too quickly.. 2 secs between on and off cycles.

to pair, you have to flick the switch multiple times quickly, they are saying wait 2 secs between the multiple switches
Gerry's actual faeces?
Sorry this has triggered you so much.
So is it 10W because it's inefficient or because it's of a higher brightness than the standard 800lm ones?
According to https://connectsmarthome.com.au/product/connect-10w-smart-wh… it's either 900lm (specs) or 1000lm(picture in specs section).
Have a few of these, they work fine with Smart Life and so far they've lasted 3 or 4 years.
Have used 3 - 4 of this in last 2 years, bought at similar price from HN. They are ok, sometimes by no reason disconnects wifi. Pain to reconnect many a times.
I have to switch on bluetooth on my phone and it will be fine.
For only $5 you too can make your home a part of a botnet too!

Click 6W 470lm A60 Cool White LED B22 Globe - 2 Pack
$2.67
No smart functionality but cheaper per unit
If they aren't smart globes it isn't really comparable
It's more for those who just want cheap light bulbs.
Sorry they are semi related but yes not a straight comparison.
Have a nice day.
They're also about half the lumens, so for many applications they wont provide enough light.
Very true. Disregard above comment. I didn't read it correctly.
Don't get what this means… like don't turn it off and on quickly or something else…..?
