  I had to contact Digi Direct to get them to update my order and process and refund. Not a good look.

  Having the stock oversold I can deal with, but I would think standard practice is to identify orders unfulfilled and automatically process refunds.. but nearly 2 months later and I had to do it myself.

  Will be more cautious with Digi in the future
