  Are you ignoring me? I sent a message to your inbox and heard of no reply. Trying to resolve an issue with my memory card I purchased from your company. Your support centre on the company website are useless, they either take forever to reply or are ignoring me. I paid for a product which I haven't received and I expect some kind of service but this is rubbish, I will forward a dispute with paypal if no further action is taken by TODAY!!!!!

  Just give me a refund, I bought the damn thing in June and haven't received it. Stop pushing me around already
