  • Weight: 23 kg — not bad, not great either.

  • I got this bike last sale. I have no experience to compare it to anything but I enjoy riding it.

    • For the price it's a great bike but it has a generic motor and battery.
Electric motors are more affordable but batteries are very expensive so a pack with brand cells will make a difference in power, durability and price.

      • you can confirm its not a "OEM Bafang M4 series motor" ? I have no idea haha

        • OEM Bafang M4 series motor

You should ask this question to Progear because all they say is Motor X300 36V 250w.

  • +1

How many times has this deal been posted in the last few months? And always with the same claim - "could be OEM Bafang M4 series motor". You don't think they would say so if it was Bafang?

  • I don't know how people could buy a bike without trying it.

I recall I was given contradictory information when j contacted them. The person via email said I could visit the store and try it but I had the presence of mind to call and they said they don't offer test rides.

Not sure why they can't have a few bikes there ready to test.

  • Some good close up photos and videos on XDS Vietnam site (small 15" frame size):

  • Was interested in this as looking for something around this price point - had been eyeing off Dyson bikes (which is a hub drive). Looks like there is only one frame size (17in) in the X6 model, i'm 6ft so this looks a little small

    • If that's Dyson of vacuum cleaner fame the price will be $15,000.

  • I must’ve bought the last one! Finally out of stock after so many sales. Looking forward to getting it set up, and removing the speed limiter with the assistance of some other great OzB members with the same model :~)

Engadine Cycles still have them for those in Sydney.
