Current Liven Brandollar offer in Sydney at least.
Buy $20 get bonus $10 at Messina Gelato.
One per customer.
I was surprised this worked for me as I've used the $20/$10 offer for Messina before and it usually tells me I'm not eligible. Maybe they have opened it up to everyone again.
Can't go wrong with $30 worth of Messina for $20!

Some of the venues stopped their corporation with Liven in Syd.
One of the restaurant I purchased food dollars shut down and Liven did grant me liven credit after a few days wait. It took longer for their service team to response.
also, lot of places implemented a "liven" surcharge, similar to credit card surchage and also able to be used during certain times (eg; M-F)
How are they in trouble?
they just did $20 get extra $20 messina a few months ago.
OK yes that's the deal you can only claim once.
that is not too good deal. Wait for the #20 get $20
I'm starting to get refused from restaurants when it comes to Liven. I walked to a store and they had a sign out front saying they won't accept liven. I also dined at a restaurant on brandollars/pre purchased credit and they forced me to pay full price as they said they were no longer taking Liven. A very costly experience.
I wouldn't be keeping too many Liven dollars.
Which stores/restaurants? I'd be asking for a refund of your dollars. I've had no problems to date.
Do they refund you in cash or with Liven credits?
I've been refunded in cash for a business that folded. You don't get the bonus included though.
@Sweet3st: Was this recently? I've been told they can only give liven credit less the bonus. Obviously a cash refund is much better than credit. Frustrating
@CiA: Check the t&c… I believe they are having problems with Calia, which is under administration. Calia won't hand over the $ they were given, nor will they honour the credits. I think Liven is offering credit in this case as otherwise the $ comes out of their pocket. If there are other businesses who are refusing to honour the credits, it would be good to know. I got the refund last year.
@Sweet3st: I know someone that bought the $2500 Calia money earlier this year. Only spent like $200 of it.
@87percent: You'd think they could take it to the ACCC… there was supposed to be a cast iron guarantee that if the restaurant went bust, you'd get your $ back. I would never invest that kind of money in a scheme like this, but still, misrepresentation and open to customer action. It would be a shame if a business like Calia pulled Liven under.
just a heads up that if you need any support frmo them, they are getting slammed.. takes them weeks to get back to you
