  • Not 100% sure but these might support Tuya Smart Life so that's a plus.

    • Can confirm, it works with Smart Life. So far have used only one, and so far has worked flawlessly with Alexa.

      • It's a shame I haven't been able to find a way to make Tapo equipment work with Tuya Smart Life Equipment (I have a few Tuya supported DETA branded bulbs and switches from Bunnings) unless I find technical ways through home assistant. I am not that tech savvy so just use the normal apps over wifi. I have a Tapo C210 cam in my garage. Recently I discovered that the camera could actually trigger a Tapo Smart device based on motion detection events. I bought a Tapo Smart bulb to replace the conventional bulb in my garage. Now the bulb turns on automatically when someone enters the garage or when I come back from work and open the garage. It turns off if no motion is detected for a couple of minutes. No hub, subscription or anything else required for it to work.

  • Bought this a few months ago and only used one of the four bulbs so far.

Relatively simple to setup but worked not quite reliably. Alexa control dropped off a few times and needed off-and-on reset. Just a few days ago the bulb completely stopped working.

Will not recommend this and will return mines as well.

  • Any Edison

    • Saw both versions available at Costco Crossroads just a few hours ago

      • Thank you. I'm in WA.

  • 60watt? That is gonna be insanely bright for led, I think the ones I last bought were 7watt

    • 60w incandescent equivalent, so yes 9w LED.

  • Is Tuya the best option for these on IOS? Anyone have experience?
