The amount that tracks to your Cashrewards account may differ to the paid amount due to international exchange rates. Your initial payment is converted to USD, then converted back to AUD when reported to us. The advertised cashback rate is based on the reported amount, not the paid amount. Cashrewards has no control over this process.

I bought the wrong plan, and requested Nord to cancel. And then, bought another (correct) plan under the wife's email. The first purchase (incorrect plan) tracked within 4 hours, but the second purchase did not after 24 hours. Was sure Cash Rewards was activated for both.
What are my options?
Would a claim with Cash Rewards likely to be successful? or am I better off to cancel the second purchase, and then make a third one?
Why risk lodging a claim, as then you’re at the mercy of Nord’s analytics to determine attribution. I’d cancel, then use the CR app as suggested in the tips. Let us know how it goes. Cheers :)

How can I use this if I am not from AU? or its not for us?
I just bought the product but don’t know why the system added all the three products making my transaction of $237… If I’m applying for a refund now… how long it takes to get the refund back? And can I purchase again with same email address or has to be a different email address?
