Has anyone had issues with this company or have any experience dealing with them? I ordered 6x USA 30 day sims on the last deal. Was only sent 1 sim so had to contact customer support which was reasonably fast and they sent the remaining 5 sims. I set the activation date for 3rd of August, we landed in the USA and only 2 are activated and so far all I've gotten from customer service is crickets. I've tried most avenues to contact them to no avail. My travel companions aren't happy as it's left us stuck and we aren't able to contact each other when needed and looks like we're going to have to purchase more sims over here. Overall the experience has been very disappointing from simsdirect. Buyer beware I suppose!

I used them for a US trip late last year with no issues
Edit; actually I did have an issue, but it was sorted in a couple of hours
We used 2 sims from them in Europe in June, no problems. Also Japan in April.
Surprised, I've had nothing but great customer service from these guys.
Just go to Target, get one from the electronics counter.
Have used them for years, US and Europe with no issues.
There'll be time zone differences too which may cause additional delays
@SimsDirect can you help out here?
Next time, just walk in to a T-Mobile store. They do travellers sims now for short periods of time with no hassle.
Set up a free sim with Verizon trial network for 30 days or Tmobile Test drive if your phone is compatible with an esim.
Bought esim from them for NZ trip and it wouldnt activate. Took days of back and forth while I was on my holiday before they admitted there was a fault with them and finally refunded me. Friend bought one too and theirs didnt work either.
OP you should download the verizon app and get the free esim for 30 days, just put in any USA mobile number and if its with ATT etc it should work
Just get esims much less hassle
