    it looks reasonable, but it is from 4 years ago and with a non replaceable internal battery. A 4 year old battery! All the yt reviews suggest it's 1000 lumen, which is strange. Maybe they're compensating now for 4 yo battery?

              @BlueDiesel: What's more crazy is that instead of arguing with a prospective customer, they didn't simply provide you the shipping quote via reply here. In turn they turned other potential buyers off including myself. Hope you didn't go through with the purchase out of spite.

    I have tried checking out 3 times and left messages requesting pick up on the invoice message box and also in the chat (on hitoo website) but haven't been able to check out with the postage remove. I have put my ozbargain username but not getting any where. Seriously, it can't be this hard just to do a pick up? Why can't you have pick up option so I can check out without the postage included?
    Customer service is sore point.

    As usual,poor outcome. Would of save me heaps of time had I not follow your instruction to create an account, waiting for a number of replies. Then told to complete transaction only to be cancelled by you and then refunded. How much patience does one have to be to buy anything? Time consuming and end result is a terrible experience.
