anyone know a good website or place to get cheap premium spirits/brandy? I'm looking for box of 6 or 12 bottles per cartons.. looked at alibaba but all from overseas and not sure if its a safe place to buy alcohol or not.

No it's not. XO is a high grade but it isn't top shelf. It isn't to brandy/cognac what Ferrari is to cars. The equivalent for these spirits would be Hors d'age.
its like asking; where can i buy a cheap ferrari from new ?
