Im abit confused with 2. Use your oldbuil card? The first part of that guide states

Haven’t found any source for battle.net banning people for vpn hopping, only steam
If enough people do it and blizzard catches on. They will start banning accounts
I think Blizzard need to pull their heads out of their ass. I was a fan and player of WoW for years! To still charge $20per month, to play a 20year old game with outdated graphics is a crime! Sure, they try to keep content fresh with patches, but it needs a overhaul to stand up and take advantage of new hardware.
