The INC Dynamic Whey 2kg is also $54 - recently grabbed a tub myself.

  • Is it a "clean" whey? Or full of fillers?

    • +5

INC is batch tested, and certified by Informed Sport which makes it "lower risk" in terms of supplements. Batch testing lab reports only flag prohibited substances, but the ingredients for this protein are listed on the website so you can make your own decision about it.

Got this for $49 last time but was likely a pricing error.

Thanks, needed some whey. This one is great for cooking (Inc brand)

Prefer 50% off sales, especially given the increase in RRP’s such as these.

    • when did this happen last time? pre-covid?

Do yourself a favour, get unflavoured when possible.

They usually have less sugar and then you can customise the flavour you want - rather than drinking a chocolate flavoured drink every damn time.

Don't tell me what to do…

    • Is good to Mixer with fruits? Some proteín get a strong flavour does not matter what you mix it with.

    • I agree but where do you 2kg cheap? I usually get WPC but it's so expensive now.

Don't forget to stack with 15% cashback from Westpac via Shopback

    • @John What is this offer, could you please explain me? Thanks

      • Download Shopback and go to its Westpac Lounge page to link a Westpac debit/credit card. They run occasional offer where purchases using that card (via Shopback) will get cashback tracked. That’s the short of it.

  • cheers op

  • Protein better @ https://pure-product.com/

      No.

    • New player in the market?

      • Nah. They've been around for a while

  • My go to protein. Thank you!

  • can anyone recommend best glutamine plz ??

  • The chocolate casein is really nice from this brand

  • Will this make me beefcakkkkkkkeeeee?

    • Will make you such a beefcake you can't even get through the door.

  • wtf :( just bought 2kg from bulknutrient yesterday for 86, fml

    • BN is much cleaner

  • What's this taste like??

I remember the days of buying bulk protein unflavored, I just don't know how I did that. Now I'm not so broke so I'd rather something that I enjoy drinking!

    • Barely any taste and that is what I like. I've tried various brands and various flavours and they're hard to stomach.

I mix it with about 250ml of water in a portable blender and then skull it.

  • Won't use anything but hemp protein powder now… always get bloated with the whey stuff. I find hemp has the opposite effect it's actually anti-inflammatory

  • How does the dynamic whey at $53 compare to WPI?

    • +1

Nutritional wise, the Dyn has slightly higher calories, protein, carbs and fat, but requires larger portion size. So the 2kg of the Dyn will give less servings than 2kg of the WPI. Benefit wise, I'm not too sure myself :)

      • Thanks for the info, missed the larger portion size… Couldn't find nutritional data on chemist warehouse site

        • +1

          dont trust CW website.
Few years ago I contacted INC because they provided incorrect info even on their own website :)

      • +2

agree, less servings but usually WPC is cheaper per kg of protein.
WPI could be better for lactose intolerant..

Dyn is 70.1g/100 of protein. at $54 for 2kg (1.4 kg) it's $38/kg of protein (wpc?)
WPI is 77.5g/100 of protein. at $69 for 2kg (1.55kg) it's $44/kg of protein (isolate?)

All in all, all these protein stuff is just a big scam LOL
Go to the gym and eat healthy. Scooping powder will not magically build muscles.
(chicken breast protein is 31g/100 and chicken is $11/kg, so $35.5/kg for meat protein) :-)

        • +2

only so much chicken breast you can eat per serving before feeling full, protein powder is a good way to get calories/protein in without feeling too full after

        • +1

People are willing to pay for convenience and quality, not as easy as munching on a chicken breast you've kept in your back pocket all day..

Thanks OP, pulled the trigger on a tub!

  • Can anyone recommend a good VFM product without emulsifiers and vegetable gums?
