Lots of people are asking about the samsung loyalty voucher to be used on EPP. Just wondering the one who got it how did they get it? Some marketing email?
All i got in email was the code UNFOLD which i believe is no secret cause everyone got it.
Curious to know about the loyalty voucher n source of it.

please be careful buying samsung they have a history of not supporting their products in breech of australian law.

they refused to resolve my issue as the battery vented and took off the back, after being denied warranty for sea water issue as above

The SM1- code can be generated from the Samsung Members App (or through Samsung Customer Service) and can only be used at the Samsung Online Store.
The targeted email code which starts with CVT- for the Tab and CVM- for the Flip/Fold can used at Samsung Stores, Samsung Online Store and eligible Enhanced Partnership sites (ie. EDU/GOV Stores). The email looks similar to this. Don't think you can request this code from Customer Service.
I don't know if this is what you mean, but about a year ago I got a call from Samsung asking why I was no longer using my Galaxy phone (I think I may have answered a survey or something like that before). After I explained why, they told me I would get an email with a voucher. Next day I got an email from Loyalty SEAU with three loyalty vouchers, one for appliances, one for TV and one for mobile. 15 or 20% for appliances and TV and mobile was a fixed value depending on the phone but ranged between $100 and $200 in the ones I saw.
May want to hold out for a bit longer, telcos got the 50% off email late last week
