Plastic Card on Nutribullet Motor Base - Remove before Use ?

Ok this is probably not worth asking, but just making sure I'm not doing something stupid.

I tried prying the plastic card slightly, and it seems to be intact / meant to stay on there ? Or should it be removed before use ?

It's a transparent plastic piece placed on top of the motor base , with typical 'Caution / Attention' notes on safe operation of product use.

It's probably heat welded on. Pity they don't have a "don't remove" in red or different style text on the warning label.
I'd say it's a consumer regulation label requirement
