    • For reference SE is a Matte finish vs glossy finish. I own this set and these are great!

      • Do you use them for working out or running? How do you find them?

        Thanks in advance.

      • Any differences other than the matte finish on the SE?

        • +1

          Not to my knowledge.

      • Is the Bluetooth latency noticeable?

    • I'm looking for some headphones to use for my daily 60 minute bike commute. Can anyone recommend these, or any others, that are good for that purpose?

      • I imagine you wouldn't want to use noise cancelling on a bike near traffic.

There are some ozbargainers on here who try a range of cheapies for gym use where they may get lost. I have had a good run follwing their recommendations for the best of the affordables esp when on deals. Most recent was the EarFun Air Pro 3. Range of silicon tips make for a good fit that feels secure. Plenty of battery and sounds good.

        • Thanks for the tips, I can definitely relate to the need for a secure ear fit. Are the recommendations on a forum? Noise cancelling is not an issue, I am very fortunate to have a commute on only bike paths along the coast where I encounter the same 3-5 people each day!

        • Most tws has hear-thru feature and even on my 3 years old Jabra it has this feature already, so that should help with being too blocked out. BTW ANC tends block out repeat droning, not necessarily random car traffic noises anyway.

          • @hippo2s: I found the downside with "hear-thru" features is they tend to pick up wind noise when cycling, depends on the model though.

  • any noticeable difference in sound between these and the $40-50 amazon sets?

I had 3 pairs of these, all returned due to the left ear dying after a month

    • Same thing happened with my xiaomi cheapies which is why I was thinking of picking a more reputable brand, is this a common issue with wireless headphones?

    • +1

I just had the left ear piece die on me as well. I just get a tinkling noise in the left ear piece. Seems to be a common fault with these ones.Out of warranty for me too :(

They have been selling these off for months now but they now cost $40 more from the bottom special they were… good value headphones but inner bargain hunter says no, even with jimojrs ebay voucher $20 is $20…

  • I imagine there's something better out there for $150.

  • If only they can multi pair.

  • Bought the True Plus when i misplaced my WF-1000xm4's

NGL i don't think i've felt a more cheaply made pair of headphones.

Sure they sound good and the noise cancellation is passable but they literally feel like nothing and could easily pass for $50 headphones.

  • I ended up ordering the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless from their eBay store for $115.37 at 11:30 on Monday and they were delivered today at 10:30! That deal is still available here: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/385682081042
