Hi all,

To celebrate International Friendship Day, we're upsizing our Tell-a-friend and Sign-up bonuses for TWO days only, starting 12:00am AEST 30th July until 11:59pm AEST 31st July.

This is what you need to do to get your bonuses:
1. Go to your Tell-a-friend page on your TopCashback account: https://www.topcashback.com.au/account/tell-a-friend/
2. Copy your unique Tell-a-friend link and share this with your family and friends
3. Your friend/s must sign up between 00:00 AEST 30th July, 2023 and 23:59 AEST 31st July, 2023 in order for both of you to receive the upsized bonus amounts
4. Your friend/s also must earn $10 in cashback within 90 days of signing up to TopCashback (please note bonuses do not count towards the $10 cashback threshold)
5. You will see your respective bonuses: $50 for referrer and $20 for referee, appear on your accounts when your friends' $10 cashback has been successfully confirmed

      Correct.. I had topcashback India and US logins.. referal bonuses are never tracked.

    OP, this is a great offer but I'm hesitant to recommend yet.
    My Amazon purchase didn't track with the $10 bonus in the most recent deal. Several members also experienced the same. I haven't heard back from anyone since lodging the claim.
    I didn't have Amazon tracking issues when I ordered from Cashrewards or Shopback.

      Completely agree and these guys don't respond at all as well, haven't heard back since lodging my claim as well Wouldn't recommend signing up with them.

      The tracking seems pretty hit and miss.

      • @G-rig I had contacted the rep first who told me to file a claim for the Amazon order. Lodged the claim and informed the rep but haven't heard back since.

        P.S. I'm also fairly new to Cashrewards and Shopback, and received better service from their reps here when I had issues. Cashrewards rep is outstanding.

          Usually seem to chase it up for ya just takes time.

          All a bit of effort most of the time, goes for cashbacks in general.

      Just wanted to clarify a few things.

      With claims, it is typically a longer process simply because we need to send your claim to the brand > the brand to verify your purchase > when verified, we notify you that your transaction has been found > we wait for the brand to pay us > we pay that forward to you. I understand the frustration of not hearing back since lodging the claim, however please know that we are following the above steps behind-the-scenes and we update you when there is an update from the brand regarding your claim.

      Now regarding when 'confirmed' becomes 'payable' - this is completely brand dependent. Similar to the above, 'confirmed' means that the brand recognises your transaction as eligible for cashback. We still need to wait for the brand to pay us so we can pay you. This is why it can take some time between the 'confirmed' and 'payable' stage.

    I buy so many things every day and it’s impossible to keep track. I also got a lot of purchases not tracked.

    not too sure if TopCashBack is a scam or not because you cant seem to get payout, when u on the payout page, all the payment methods (bank, and paypal) are disabled and cant be clicked.

      • Hey @rimalala and @coolc, like @Craicdealer mentioned, your cashback needs to have reached payable status before you can withdraw your cashback. If it has done and you still can't withdraw, please do drop us a DM so that we can investigate for you.

      I think this is because you do not have cash ready to pay out yet. It is likely still pending. Go to Earnings tab and you can see payable at the right hand side. I have 75 pending but 0 payable for now. Used in the past no issues.

      • How can you say no issues? How much have you cashed out so far

        • $70 in Aus and UK version for a AVIS car hire years ago which was about 50 pounds from memory

      In order to be able to withdraw you have to wait until your cashback moves from Confirmed to Payable.

    • For what is is worth I have just withdrawn successfully $160 a week ago. But I did have to change bank account an mess around a bit for it to let me progress to the withdrawal it was confusing and I'm not sure what ended up making it work.

    • Upon checking my account again, i found out unlike every other site where they have "pending" -> "confirm". in TopCashBack you have to wait for the amount to be payable i.e. "pending" -> "confirm" -> "payable".

    Been tracked by this mob 5 or 6 times, no issues.

    Also got my sign up and referral bonuses.

    Prefer an app like cashrewards and shopback offer, bit these dudes are all good IMO.

      @iWan have you ever been able to withdraw any Cashback though? I haven't read anyone being able to get to this point. I certainly can't withdraw any of mine.. Seems dodgy. I'm not going to use them any more.

      • Once your cashback $ move from Confirmed to Payable, you should be able to withdraw. I was able to withdraw about $80.

        I’ve cashed out fine.

        • Same here. I used PayPal and had no problems.

      • Cashback value of $25 while using it for Menulog & AliExpress.

        Sometimes even for Pizza Hut if the cashback is high enough.

        All tracked well, sometimes even immediately upon purchase completion.

        Often significantly higher cashback (7%) on some things vs 3% on CR or Shopback. :)

      Have tracked and cashed out 3 or 4 transactions including Nord VPN, total earnings $190.

      You just need to put in the effort to chase up a few that don't track properly (Amazon, bws etc), but the rep is more than helpful on here.

    I have had nothing track .. I deleted my account. I'm also suspicious how their deals can be Soo much better then shop back or CR

      All my purchases, including Amazon have tracked. Plus I have already got paid about $80.

        Not saying they don't but I can't help but feel they're playing a numbers game e.g give amazing rates then only honor 75% of legitimate claims

        CR on the other hand would bend over backwards and always track down everything, I know for some they've just honored things for their customers to keep everyone happy and get a good Reputation .

        My joining referral didn't track
        Nor did my eBay 10$

        I requested it to be checked they denied the check

        I left

        You do realise both cashrewards and shopback have similar requirements to get their referral bonuses ever since.

          You have to spend $20 on a qualifying purchase with SB and CR to get the referral bonus. On this one you have to earn $10. A bit more money or work involved to earn that.

      I do think they need an app at least so you know it has registered the purchase.

  • So far so good. 3-4 transactions tracked right away (Firefox and Chrome). All confirmed yet nothing payable just yet. Let's keep it on hold for now and start using some of their great deals more actively after getting some cash out. We shall see.

    Whats with all the haters? Ive had 3 referrals track and paid out, heaps of purchases tracked, some now sitting in pending, some confirmed, some in paid, its not like you can’t check everything on their dashboard! Their cashback % have been much more generous than shopback or cashrewards… they have responded to missing cashbacks promptly- better than shopback who are not responding to any enquiries about their ‘savvy surveys’ offer - a waste of everyones time!

      100% an awesome deal, and reliable too. I’ve withdrawn thousands of dollars in referral bonuses already, and they get approved quite fast too. Even with other merchants like eBay and Amazon etc

      Yeah, true. A lot are not reading the fine print and just start complaining because the business is not familiar to them. This is where I've earned the most through referral in a short time.
