    $5 too much

  • With Disney stopping physical media sales in Australia. Maybe worth something in the future

    -$5? i'll take 10000 copies

  • Nice discount with The Marvels film coming out later this year.

    Captain Mary Sue.

It is a tad difficult to cheer for an infinitely powerful god. Totally Invulnerable.
With captain marvel about, what is the point of the rest of the crew? They should just have a marvel phone with a dedicated line to captain marvel. And use it all the time, not have some lame reason as to why they can’t dial her up to fix everything.

Superman also had this problem, which is why they had to invent Kryptonite.

When your hero pounds the limp wristed bad guy everytime they meet then there’s not much to get excited about.

      • +1

Supes was a male and therefore could be beaten by another male or female albeit with kryptonite. Captain Woke is female and there will be no male baddies beating up on wumuns in a modern movie oh no thankyou very much.

But his greatest weakness is his humanity /s.

    Upvote for Traralgon

To hell with the down votes, check the OG post before it was edited, it did say - $5

      • $5, not -$5

        Captain Marvel 4K and Blu-Ray - Instore JB Hifi (Traralgon) - $5

        • What CrispyChrispy wrote was - $5, not -$5, but they didn't use an escape character (\) at the front so it got formatted as a bullet point.

          \- $5, not -$5

It's cheap so it is a bargain… but we all know why.

  • Has anyone seen this at this price in any other JBs?

  • Had to of been a mistake at the store. Because it's listed as $24.98 online and yes it's exactly the same VHS style packaging. If it was really $5 it would be at all the stores and likely shown as so online too.

So it's highly unlikely they'll be legitimately marking down a 2019 movie to $5.

Let's just say the OP got lucky. Clearly a mistake was made. Either that or some member of the public is playing a prank on the store putting these stickers on it to fool the checkout people with dummy price stickers. Are they even stickers that JB even uses?. I don't remember JB using these sort of pricing stickers well i've never seen it in store at JB. It seems really suss. I've always seen actual ordinary white pricing paper stickers (you can see it underneath the red circle sticker) even on marked down movies. JB as far as i know don't even use those red stickers even on marked down items.

So i would reckon that this isn't legitimate but a mistake at the store.
