I was a little reluctant to post this deal but what the heck.     Love these guys and all their gear. I have the overnight bag and use it as my work bag, I rate it highly. I also have and use one of their explorer bags and have two of the clear top alternatives from them. All have been great the entire time I've used them. I usually keep the explorers back with some gear in it stashed behind the ute back seat because it'll conform to the shape of whatever it gets squished to and hasn't been damaged in the slightest yet.

      Yeah I've received no reply when I asked about this through their website. It's been 2 weeks, so I doubt there will be any response at this point. Extremely disappointed with their lack of communication.
