Has anyone received their back ordered Soldering station from HobbyKing?
I ordered mine on 30th May and the wait is starting to wear a bit thin.
My account still says 'processing' but i am starting to wonder if i will ever receive it.
I'm thinking HobbyKing possibly can't get any more and are hoping people are just going to forget about it
or not worry about stuffing around to get a refund.
Thats not going to happen with me. : )

Apparently they do do refunds. Check out the last post.
30 may? cancel the order and get your money back. don't other chinese sites have a similar soldering station?

I just got mine but i ordered it from hong kong, took 6 days to get to perth I just used cheapest air mail. postage is a bit expencive but i needed other items so it wasnt so bad. Surprised with the shipping speed
Checked with customer support in mid July and they said it will be restocked in 60 days. Checked with them today and they said it would be restocked within 30 days.
I would wait for the item to come back in stock. Not in urgent need of it and I can live without $25 for a few more months. I'm losing out on around 12 cents of interest returns per month (based on 6% interest), will just have to miss a few 12 cent OZB deals in the meantime. =) Hopefully the wait will pay off!
Got my refund and will be getting an email if / when new stock arrives.
I ordered mine in May and just got it.

You can add a reminder so you get an email when its back in stock so you don't have to keep wondering.

Nope, in the exact same situation. Pretty sure they've already billed for it too. Could try and ask for a refund but their official policy is store credit only, so I'm not sure how that will go down.
