For anyone that has access, some great prices on Samsung TVs in the EPP store currently.
Check out this old deal here for info on how to gain EPP access through various corporate partners.
Also same price at the Samsung Education Store.
I wish I have student email address. Nice Price
Also available via the Westpac Portal which can be accessed in the Rewards & Offers section when logged in to any Westpac account. This link when logged in and then should be able to see the Samsung Tile and click through.
Good for anyone who doesn't have education or government EPP.
for some reason i am not able to see, i have westpac credit card
Ah it's a bit touchy and sometimes doesn't work for people for some reason, I'm not 100% sure but I would have thought having a credit card on it's own should still qualify. But might need a bank account to be eligible.
I think you need a credit card and not a debit card (also unsure of the specific requirements)
Geez, they are some good prices. Just a shame my 3 year old TV is still going strong so I can't justify replacing.
How would these compare to a cheap TCL tv that was purchased about 3 years ago? Worth the upgrade?
The blacks are terrible on the TCL,.otherwise everything else is fine. The TV is mainly used for streaming YouTube and tv shows (Netflix etc.). Occasionally I'll cast the switch to the tv.
Its quite a bright room but most watching is at night anyways.
I don't really know tv tech so any advice would be great
Fyi the Samsung crystal series is the entry level as I understand but these are great prices.
At this level and price the TCL probably has the better build materials. Blacks will be the same, this Samsung definitely has another crappy IPS screen panel.
Why so cheap? Is Ffalcon gaining market share?
I'm assuming clearing out old models (this is the 2022 model).
Good price
All oos except 50"
Can't add the 65" to cart
Woo hoo, OzBargain'ed.

65" and 85" showing as in stock on the education store.
And the 75" BU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2022) for $799 is also showing as in stock.
Well I just got the 65" just now - 1 minute ago.
It had been taking me to an empty cart each time I attempted to add to cart. But this time it added and I was able to check out. I am guessing someone had it in cart and abandoned..
