Decent 32" TV for under $400

Hello,

Pretty much looking for a good 32" tv to go into the room for under $400. I don't mind if it's not Full HD… I would prefer a unit with decent build quality/ picture over resolution.

Any suggestions? I've had a look at some Kogan Tv's, some Vivo's and a look on eBay but can't really make up my mind.

I don't mind LED but would be happy with LCD.
